Q: I like watches on your website. What i concern is can i return if i don't like it?

A: Yes, But you need paid processing fee, shipping fee and transaction fee.

Q: I have received my purchase, but it is defective. How can i do?

A: First, we are sorry to hear this issue. All watches is shipped with good condition, the defective may cause when delivered to you. Please contact us by telling us your issue. Our customer service will arrange it either fix locally, sending you the parts you need or return to us.

Q: I can't see any return address on your website. Where do i send it?

A: Please contact us by email. We will send return address via email only.

Q: Can i use English to write your address?

A: Yes sir. Please also print the chinese addres sticked on the return parcel as well. We are sorry to tell china post man do not read English.

Q: I did return watches 3 months ago, can i get a respond from trustytime.mem?

A: We will update with customer when we get the return. For those customer who do not get a respond to us, it may be customer write a english address, wrong address, express shipment, parcel lost, custom blocked... etc. Please do check with your shipping company regarding this return. We have no idea where is it. Thanks

We do not accept return and exchange unless on very special terms. 
Refunds if offered will be issued for the 100% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion. Shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense. 
Please make sure you return your merchandise by a traceable method to assure delivery. 
All returns merchandise must be in new condition (as we sent) and complete with all original packaging. We will inspect all merchandise returns. Upon approved inspection, full credit will be issued back to your account or payment method within 48 hours of receival. Merchandise returns that are not in the original condition or missing original packaging will either be refused, or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee at our discretion.
